Easy and fast check in very helpful front desk the beds are soooo incredibly comfortable and the rooms are sound proof which is one of the main reasons I book here. I'm local but every now and then I book here w/ my honey and it's well worth it. If you want a comfy bed with an amazing night sleep THIS is the place to stay. Also housekeeping was so nice when I asked them to give me 10 minutes to finish getting my life together lol they said absolutely with no problem in my request of needing a little more time before leaving the room. Such courteous staff and they all seemed pretty happy to be working there, which to me speaks volumes.

The property and room were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking available inside a garage was a pleasant addition.

I have stayed here before the reason I really liked it was because it’s a very quiet hotel. I put your hotel again because I had eye surgery and I needed a quiet place to stay I was close to the surgical office I also asked for help when I left to put my luggage in my car since I was unable to to lift anything heavy they took care of me. I recommend this hotel at any time thank you for always caring

The staff at the front desk and for the restaurant/bar were exceptional. I left something in the restaurant and the bartender gave it to the front desk for me to retrieve in the morning. FYI: when I booked the hotel, I hadn't realized there would be food service in the lobby in the evenings, and it was a nice bonus that kept us from having to find a place to eat after driving all day. Dinner and breakfast were both well-prepared.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable! Convenient location, just 15-25 min from many great beaches. I highly recommend Crystal Cove for an easy paved walk overlooking the ocean, right next to Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.

The breakfast is excellent, with fresh ingredients, and the rooms are beautifully designed. Although the surrounding area is a bit remote, restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. Compared to LA, the security here is truly much better.

The pool is heated, jacuzzi very nice. Family friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Restaurant and bar is amazing for breakfast and dinner. Loved the happy hour at 4:30 to order food for kiddos in the pool! And the quick snack area they have aside from the restaurant was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Everything was just great which is how a HOTEL should be EXCEPT, it can do without the “knocking/checking” of rooms for those CHECKING OUT. Your guests do know your check out time!

I'm not sure if it's like this every night but I was there on Saturday night and the bar turned into like a nightclub that was tons of people everybody having a great time myself included but the best part is before that I hit the pool first time since the pandemic one of the cleanest pools I've ever been in same for the hot tub and I had the whole thing to myself for 45 minutes really couldn't have asked for anything more
